We understand that RC parts require special handling to prevent damage during transport. Every package we send includes:
SD RC Print is committed to reducing our environmental impact. We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible. Our packing materials are biodegradable or made from recycled content.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship the same day as 3D printing requires production time. Small parts typically require 1-2 business days to print before shipping, while larger or more complex parts may take 3-7 business days. Once your items are printed, they will ship within 24 hours.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents, then contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll process a replacement or refund depending on your preference and the nature of the damage.
Address changes can only be accommodated if the order hasn’t entered the production phase. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
Yes! Our Priority Shipping option includes expedited production. Your order will be moved to the front of our production queue and shipped via the fastest available method. This service costs $19.99 and typically delivers within 1-2 business days after completion.
For standard-sized packages, the carrier will typically leave the package at your door or in a secure location. For larger packages requiring a signature, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions on how to schedule redelivery or pickup.
Currently, we only offer free shipping on domestic orders over ₹4,000. International shipping rates are fixed based on the destination country and cannot be waived. However, we occasionally run special promotions for international customers.
